Tammy is a transformation added in Community Remix Remixed. In this form, Isaac gets a -2 damage multiplier and the ability to fly. He also gets a random chance to fire two or four slightly weaker tears diagonally along with his normal tears. Isaac will turn into Tammy after getting 3 of the following items:
