Pumpkin Mask is a passive item from Community Remix Remixed. When picked up, it summons a Pumpkin familiar to fight by your side.
Effect[ | ]
- The Pumpkin familiar will behave similar to a Ministro, hopping around the room and targeting enemies. When an enemy is within range, the Pumpkin will fire 4 red shots in a cross pattern. These shots deal 7.00 damage and behave like Polyphemus shots, meaning they will sometimes pierce the enemy and decrease in size.

Trivia[ | ]
- The Pumpkin Mask was a cut item from the original Binding of Isaac, planned to be added in the Halloween Update. This item would've been dropped by Krampus, but was later replaced by Lump of Coal and added in the Christmas Update.
- The original Pumpkin Mask was intended to be an active item, which would fire four Brimstone shots in a cross pattern when used. In Rebirth, the newly added Head of Krampus would have this exact effect.
- Through glitches, the original Pumpkin Mask can be spawned in Binding of Isaac, but the effect is identical to Lump of Coal.
